Joint Conciliation Commissions assist in reaching an agreement between users and merchants in disputes over contracts for the sale of goods and provision of services.
The Joint Conciliation Commissions are determined on a regional basis, and the Joint Conciliation Commission with its registered office in Sofia and the area of operation of the territory of Sofia District is competent to resolve disputes between a Merchant and a User.
